Former steam mill from 1884 restored and turned into a hotel, spa and reception venue at the northern entrance of Matera, in the tuff quarry area. It offers six meeting rooms for 50 to 253 people, the naturally lit Ipogeo hall for up to 200 guests, a 200 square metre penthouse, gardens, terraces and a pool, with total capacity up to 400 guests.
